Refund Policy

1. Overview

At GoEcome LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the nature of custom digital products and services, all sales are considered final once a project has commenced or a deliverable has been provided.

2. No Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement or as required by applicable law, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Completed digital services (e.g., website setup, store design, consulting)
  • Customized digital products
  • Time-based services already rendered (e.g., hourly support)

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • The service was never initiated or started due to our fault
  • Duplicate payment was made in error
  • A refund is agreed upon in writing before project execution

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the original transaction and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

  • Your full name and email address
  • Order or invoice number
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any services delivered. Please contact us before taking such actions so we can resolve the matter directly.
